So was itís clearly seen. Ppi belongs to former debtor in a closed trust deed ?
So there fore. To keep it simple that where is should go in the words of lord reed

So should former trustees not follow these instructions accordingly as they shouldnít have these monies.
So after money is where is has been instructed to go
Then. They can start their procedures of looking after the creditors and fight with their former client for said monies ?
Just another way of looking at if

If you are not sure how much money the trustee has or who has contacted them you can ask your trustee for a subject access request. You don't have to pay for it and it must be done within 30 days and they should give you all the information they have on you. You can ask for transcripts of all calls related to you.

Thanks Iíll give them one more week then Iíll email them
Apparently trustees are relying on the post script of the ruling on the minds case and looking to re open and claim. Mistake ?
