Hi all,
My trustee was discharged in March 2018 and all dividend payments were made.
I checked Noddle and the quick quid account is still showing default.

I spoke to someone at quick quid who advised that my account would continue to show as default for 6 years despite the account now being settled through the trust deed.

Can anyone tell me if this is correct?

Welcome to the forum Rich13348.

There should be a single date when a default notice was issued on the account. Can you see what that date is and let us know?

Also - could you let us know when your trust deed was signed?

Anything that is registered on your credit file will show for 6 years, so it is entirely normal that the fact that you had defaulted on your debts may still show on your record for a period even after you have completed a Trust Deed.

However, the date of default should be at the same time as you signed your Trust Deed, or soon after. I know that many others on this forum have successfully managed to get default dates amended to the date of signing of a Trust Deed, so I would recommend you ask Quick Quid to do so too. A written request may be most effective.
