Hi,

I wonder if anyone has any experience, I was discharged by Creditfix from my Trust Deed in January 2016 and received my Form 5. I am in the process of saving for a mortgage and checked the AIB register and noticed that my Trustee has not been discharged. I have twice contacted Creditfix and been told it is with the closing team and they don't know why the Trustee has not been discharged. My original trust deed was signed with Mark McFayden and transferred over from PJG during the course of it.

Does anyone have any advice or experience with this?

Many thanks

Brilliant thank you, I didn't think it mattered but then confused myself with reading another forum and started panicking...I have got my credit file up to date and it will be another 18 months before I have enough saved by which time my Trust Deed will have fallped off my credit report as well.

I don't think it makes any difference so long as you are discharged.

you just need to make sure your credit files are all up to date and all your defaults (open and Closed accounts) are no longer showing and that your PTD record has been removed. All of this should happen 6 years from the date you started your TD
