My name is Amy Jellings and I am the Trust Deed Assistant (most of the time!). I am a professionally qualified debt advisor. My role on the Trust-Deed.co.uk website forum is to answer general debt- related questions. I also help to establish and clarify the facts required by our Protected Trust Deed experts to answer the questions asked by our visitors. Additionally I try to offer support to people visiting the forum who are seeking information about how best to resolve their debt concerns. |
My role also includes being a member of the Trust-Deed.co.uk advice team. We assist visitors to the site that make telephone and web enquiries about Scottish Trust Deeds and other debt-related subjects.
We work through the facts behind a debt situation before offering advice on the debt solutions, including trust deeds, which might be available. We also answer more general debt-related questions.
You may have noticed on our forum that the Trust Deed Assistant works long hours, seven days a week. Luckily I am occasionally allowed to leave work or take holidays! My colleagues within the Trust-Deed.co.uk support team take on the role of Trust Deed Assistant while I am not here. They are also professionally qualified debt advisers and can therefore handle the position properly (although of course I'd like to think I do it best!).
If you'd like to discuss a trust deed (or other debt solution options) with our professionally qualified debt advisers, please call on 0800 0437201 or use the contact forms available around the site.
Please note that, if you have a question relating to an existing trust deed, the most appropriate place to ask your question is in our trust deed forum. Asking your question in the forum enables a wider range of expert advice to be offered to you. It also enables the sharing of experience by other site members who may have experienced a similar scenario in the past.
Please fill in the form below and Trust Deed Assistant will get back to you shortly.
