Hi Everyone, Just signed my trust deed with the help of Julie Heaton. I just want to say a huge thanks to Julie for all her help she is a star and has made me feel so relaxed at such a worrying time in my life. My husband took ill in November with a Subarachnoid Heamhorrage and then suffered a stroke as a result of the operation that followed hence the reason for our financial difficulties. It was a bit daunting at seeking help but I am glad I found this site. I will now wait for the 5 weeks to pass for the protected status with all crossed. I recommend anyone who is struggling to cope to speak with Julie or indeed one of the other guys on this site for help and advice. Thanks again Julie for your help and support. :D

I am thinking about joining a Trus Deed. Can you tell me if you don't mind in some details what sort of documentation you had to provide to the insolvency practitioner right at the start when setting it up? Also tell me in your set up stages how many meeting you had with them and what they asked you and what you had to provide to them. I am relying on this information. Thanking you in advance. |

| Hi there, I have recently signed a trust deed and hopefully it should become protected. My question is that i have been advised of the amount i will need to pay every month (which is ok). but what happens now? do i need to provide a reciept for every little thing that i purchase ie: bread, milk, food, clothing, getting my hair cut, etc etc etc. any advice would be appreciated. |

| Hiya ohdannyboy, You will not need to provide receipts for everything. Once your trust deed has protected status you shall be reviewed every 6mths I think not sure if all Trustees are the same. They will probably just need to see a recent bank statement and go over your expenditure again. Hope this helps ;-) |
