I would just like to thank Mark for the assistance,guidance and explanations he has offered in the short space of contacting this forum. It was by pure panic that I came across this site and am very fortunate to have done so. If there is anybody out there that is unsure of very serious paperwork to sign don't hesitate to put your Q'S and A's on this forum I could not recommend the support and help that I have received to try and get my life back in some order.
I think the 2 key things are make sure there are no unknowns and ensure anything discussed and agreed is confirmed in writing. It's important to regain some control and know there are no nasties.
