My wife and i have just completed the five week period from the notice in the Edinburgh Gazette.I spoke to the Trustee at Tenon on Tuesday and she assured me that there were no objections and that the Trust Deed will go protected.I would like to thank Kevin Mapstone for his valuable assisstance in setting up the Trust Deed and also for coming out to our house and re-assuring me and my wife that everything would be ok.The best advice he gave us was to be thick skinned when all the telephone calls come and the letters and the text messages.I suppose when you have as much creditors as we have then there will be a lot of this communication coming our way.Letters and calls have now stopped and so has the stress.I am also relieved that i kept my car and house.Getting it all in writing is the way forward.Deal with the equity first. The forum has been a godsend before and during the setting up of the Trust Deed.I had no idea how to go about setting the Trust Deed up.I Googled Scottish Trust Deed and up came the forum Address.I read all the advice for a week before having the courage to press the communication button. The next day i was called on my mobile at work and it went on from there.I did not recognise Kevin when he first arrived.Change the forum photo you are a lot thinner.
Keep up the great work that you all do in the forum

Hi JIMSA1234,

Congratulations to you and your wife. It must be great to be able to get on with things now that there is definate light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm really pleased to see that you were so happy with the support of Kevin and his team at Tenon. We continue to receive great feedback from our visitors about our experts Kevin and Mark which is an excellent endorsement of their work and an interesting comparison to some of the feedback seen on the forum about some other Scottish Trust Deeds firms.

I have to agree with you about Kevin's photo. I last saw him a couple of months ago and he certainly has shed a few pounds since the photo was taken!!
